ATLTECHSPOT App Privacy Policy

Information you choose to provide
Service, device-sale, transportation and Contact Us requests may include your name, phone number, optional email address, general messages, device and service details, desired sale amount, pickup or return address, RepairDesk ticket number and optional device photos. Ticket support may also include messages you send through the app.
How information is used
ATLTECHSPOT uses submitted information to review requests, contact customers, coordinate repairs or transportation, evaluate devices, provide ticket support and display invoice or payment status. We do not sell personal information, build advertising profiles or track activity across other companies’ apps and websites.
Email and text notifications
Submitted requests are stored securely and may be delivered to the ATLTECHSPOT business inbox through Resend. A short new-request alert may also be sent to the business through Twilio. Text alerts do not include device photos or complete request details. These providers process information only to deliver the requested business notification.
RepairDesk and Clover
RepairDesk provides repair-ticket, diagnostic, invoice and payment-status information. Clover processes checkout outside the app. ATLTECHSPOT does not receive or store payment-card numbers entered through Clover. Payment and repair records may remain in those business systems as required for service, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations.
Photos and device permissions
Photo access is requested only when you choose pictures for a Sell Your Device request. Photos are optional and should not contain personal information. The app does not request the camera, microphone, contacts or device location.
Storage, retention and security
New app-request records are encrypted and normally retained for up to 180 days. Repair, transaction, fraud-prevention, dispute and legal records may be kept longer when reasonably necessary. Information is transmitted using encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to private server configuration is restricted.
Your choices
You may omit optional fields and photos. To ask about, correct or request deletion of app-request information, call 770-680-5170. Some records may be retained when required for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
Children and changes
The app is intended for customers seeking electronics and technical services and is not directed to children under 13. This policy may be updated when app features or service providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
