What We Repair
When a device failure goes deeper than a replaceable part, we inspect the board, connector, power path and related components before confirming the repair path.
Damaged Ports
HDMI, USB-C, charging, display, network and other soldered connectors with broken pins, loose housings or board damage.
Pads & Traces
Lifted pads, missing pads, broken traces and damaged anchor points from impact, wear or earlier repair attempts.
Power Faults
No power, shorts, blown fuses, failed power-path components and board-level startup problems.
Component Replacement
Small components, filters, fuses, IC-related support parts and connector-area components when the board condition allows.
Liquid & Corrosion
Inspection and repair planning for liquid exposure, corrosion, residue, damaged connector areas and unstable circuits.
Previous Repair Damage
Diagnostics for missing pads, excess heat damage, torn traces, wrong parts, solder bridges and incomplete prior work.
Not Every Board Is The Same
A broken port can be the visible problem, but the real failure may involve surrounding pads, traces, fuses or power circuitry. ATLTECHSPOT checks the affected area before treating the job as a simple part swap.
- HDMI port and no-signal diagnostics
- USB-C and charging-port repair
- Lifted pad reconstruction when repairable
- Broken trace inspection and repair planning
- Fuse and power-path diagnostics
- Component-level replacement when appropriate
- Liquid and corrosion damage inspection
- Previous repair damage evaluation
- Functional testing after board work

Microsoldering FAQ
Answers about board repair, port replacement, damaged pads and traces, power faults, corrosion and previous repair damage.
What is microsoldering?
Microsoldering is precision soldering performed on small board-level parts such as connectors, pads, traces, fuses and tiny components. It is used when the repair involves the motherboard or logic board instead of a simple modular part.
Do you repair HDMI, USB-C and charging ports?
Yes. ATLTECHSPOT repairs supported soldered ports, including HDMI, USB-C and charging connectors. The board must be inspected because port damage can also damage pads, traces, anchors and nearby components.
Can lifted pads or broken traces be repaired?
Often, yes, when the remaining board condition allows it. Lifted pads, missing pads and broken traces require inspection under magnification before we can confirm whether repair is practical.
Can you fix no-power or shorted boards?
We diagnose no-power and short symptoms on supported devices. Causes can include failed fuses, damaged components, liquid exposure, connector damage or deeper board faults. Final repair options depend on the confirmed fault.
Do you work on liquid or corrosion damage?
We inspect liquid and corrosion damage and explain whether a repair attempt makes sense. Corrosion can spread under components and through connector areas, so results depend on severity and board condition.
Can you fix a device another shop already worked on?
We can inspect previous repair damage, including lifted pads, torn traces, wrong parts, missing components and solder bridges. Some prior damage is recoverable, but severe heat or board-layer damage may not be economical to repair.
How much does microsoldering cost?
Pricing depends on the device, fault, board condition, parts and time required. A clean connector replacement and a damaged board with missing pads or corrosion are different repairs. Call 770-680-5170 with the device model and symptoms.
